Monitoring

Shopify reports that they have fixed their issue, and we are also seeing recovery. We will continue to monitor and check that all orders have been processed.

Please check your systems and let us know if you are missing any orders or seeing any other gaps in processing.

Investigating

Clients with Shopify stores may be seeing an issue with Shopify orders not being processed. Shopify is currently experiencing issues with their APIs, Admin, and POS systems and is working on remediating asap. See https://shopstatus.shopifyapps.com/ for the latest status.

Once the issue has been resolved our platform will begin processing orders automatically but it may take some time to catch up.
